Savethon by commerce department

The commerce department organized a programme named ' Savethon'. They conducted a quiz competition and also a debate. Every students participated in the programme and the quiz competition they conducted in unique way. The winner is natural science team.The programme was inaugurated by our principal sir as well.

School Induction 👨‍🏫🏫

 As part of the B.ed curriculum, we beacher trainees of of Manjappora Educational and charitable Trust B. Ed college, Ayur were sent to TV Thomas Memorial High School, Veliyam for the school visit from 13th October 2025 (Monday) to 17th October 2025 (Friday). We were thirty eight in total out of which three trainees were sent to this school. Two of us from English Optional and One from Malayalam Optional. The purpose of the visit was to mingle with the school environment.  The first day was nice and we collected some information about the school academics as well as the details of the whole school as well. We get two observation class and three classes which we took in substitution periods. The school visit report was highly beneficial experience giving us valuable insights into teaching methods, classroom management and students behaviour.

 Sub-District Science Exhibition: A Learning Experience as Volunteers The Sub-District Science Exhibition was successfully conducted on 9th and 10th October at MG HSS Chadayamangalam and Government UPS Chadayamangalam. The exhibition brought together young minds from various schools, showcasing innovative science projects and creative ideas. From our college, first-year students were selected as volunteers for this exhibition. Being part of the event as volunteers gave us a valuable opportunity to contribute to an academic programme beyond the classroom. Our responsibilities included guiding participants, helping judges and teachers, arranging exhibits, and ensuring the smooth conduct of the event. The exhibition displayed a wide range of science models related to environmental conservation, technology, health, and everyday scientific applications. Walking on Bapu’s Path: A Day of Reflection and Inspiration✨

 Today, our college joyfully celebrated Gandhi Jayanti, a day that marks the birth anniversary of the Father of our Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. Although the actual day falls on October 2, we observed the celebration today since it was a holiday on that day. The event was organized to honor the great leader who devoted his life to truth, non-violence, and freedom. The program began with a brief introduction about the importance of Gandhi Jayanti, reminding everyone of Gandhiji’s timeless values and his contribution to India’s independence. Our Principal, Dr. Santhosh Kumar Sir, addressed the gathering and shared his valuable words on Gandhiji’s philosophy and how it continues to inspire generations. World Heart Day Celebration – “Don’t Miss a Beat”🫀🫂

  Today, we celebrated World Heart Day with great enthusiasm, even though the official day falls on September 29. The program was beautifully organized by the Natural Science students, who made the event both informative and engaging. The session began with an insightful presentation explaining the significance of World Heart Day and the importance of maintaining a healthy heart. The students also discussed the functions of the heart and how lifestyle choices affect our heart health. To make the event more interactive, a quiz competition was conducted, where students participated actively and showed great enthusiasm. It was both fun and educational, helping everyone learn more about the vital organ that keeps us alive. Teacher’s Day Celebration – A Heartfelt Tribute to Our Mentors👩‍🏫💖

 This year, our college celebrated Teacher’s Day on September 26, as September 5 was a holiday. The event was a wonderful occasion to express our love, respect, and gratitude to all our teachers who guide and inspire us every day. The celebration began with the lighting of the lamp by our Principal, Dr. Santhosh Kumar Sir, along with other respected faculty members. The glow of the lamp symbolized the light of knowledge and wisdom that teachers bring into our lives. During the program, several teachers shared their personal experiences and reflections on the journey of teaching.
