World Heart Day Celebration – “Don’t Miss a Beat”🫀🫂

Today, we celebrated World Heart Day with great enthusiasm, even though the official day falls on September 29. The program was beautifully organized by the Natural Science students, who made the event both informative and engaging.

The session began with an insightful presentation explaining the significance of World Heart Day and the importance of maintaining a healthy heart. The students also discussed the functions of the heart and how lifestyle choices affect our heart health.

To make the event more interactive, a quiz competition was conducted, where students participated actively and showed great enthusiasm. It was both fun and educational, helping everyone learn more about the vital organ that keeps us alive.

After the quiz, students displayed creative posters they had drawn, highlighting messages about heart health and the day’s theme - “Don’t Miss a Beat.” The colorful and thoughtful posters added a vibrant touch to the celebration.

Overall, the program was a great success, spreading awareness about heart health and reminding everyone of the importance of caring for our hearts every day. ❤️
