Walking on Bapu’s Path: A Day of Reflection and Inspiration✨

Today, our college joyfully celebrated Gandhi Jayanti, a day that marks the birth anniversary of the Father of our Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. Although the actual day falls on October 2, we observed the celebration today since it was a holiday on that day. The event was organized to honor the great leader who devoted his life to truth, non-violence, and freedom.

The program began with a brief introduction about the importance of Gandhi Jayanti, reminding everyone of Gandhiji’s timeless values and his contribution to India’s independence. Our Principal, Dr. Santhosh Kumar Sir, addressed the gathering and shared his valuable words on Gandhiji’s philosophy and how it continues to inspire generations.

Following the principal’s speech, a quiz competition was conducted, where all students actively participated with great enthusiasm. The questions focused on Gandhiji’s life, his principles, and his role in shaping modern India, making it both fun and educational.

The Social Science students took charge of organizing the event. They presented a short video clip on the life of Mahatma Gandhi, which beautifully captured the essence of his journey and message. The clip was both touching and informative, offering deep insights into the life of the great leader.

In the final session, a painting competition was held, where many talented students showcased their artistic skills by portraying themes related to Gandhiji’s life and values. The colorful artworks truly reflected the creativity and respect the students hold for the Father of the Nation.

The celebration concluded on a high note, leaving everyone inspired by Gandhiji’s ideals of peace, simplicity, and truth. The entire program was conducted effectively and successfully, creating a memorable experience for all.🇮🇳✨🤍
