MY SEVENTH WEEK OF TEACHING PRACTICE 🏫✨ August 17–21, 2026 πŸ—“️ A Week of Responsibility, Teamwork, and Onam Celebrations πŸŒΌπŸŽ‰ The seventh week of my teaching practice at GSSS Yeroor was a memorable experience filled with responsibilities, cooperation, and festive joy. Throughout the week, the students were engaged in their examinations, and we, the B.Ed. teacher trainees, actively assisted the teachers in carrying out various examination-related duties. Although regular classroom teaching was temporarily replaced by examination activities, the week provided valuable opportunities to understand the administrative responsibilities of a teacher and participate in the smooth functioning of the school. πŸ“πŸ€ On August 17, the examinations continued as scheduled. We assisted the teachers by collecting and distributing additional answer sheets, arranging the required examination materials, and ensuring that the necessary materials reached the appropriate sections, including the Upper Pri...

MY SIXTH WEEK OF TEACHING PRACTICE 🏫✨ August 10–14, 2026 πŸ—“️ A Week of Reflection, Revision, and Responsibility πŸ”πŸŒ± The sixth week of my teaching practice at GSSS Yeroor was an important stage in my professional journey, filled with valuable learning experiences and new responsibilities. The week began with a significant event that gave me an opportunity to reflect on my teaching competencies and classroom management skills. As the days progressed, I participated in revision activities for the upcoming Onam examinations and assisted teachers with various examination-related duties. These experiences helped me understand the importance of continuous improvement, careful planning, and cooperation in the teaching profession. πŸ’‘πŸ€ August 10 was particularly important to me because a general observation teacher visited the school to observe my teaching. On that day, I conducted my nineteenth lesson plan in Class 9C. The observation provided me with an opportunity to demonstrate my te...

As usual, I reached the school at around 9:15 a.m. and attended the morning prayer before proceeding with the day's activities. Throughout the week, I engaged in regular teaching sessions in Classes 9C and 9D and also handled classes in the lower and higher sections. These experiences gave me more opportunities to interact with students of different age groups and understand their individual learning needs. πŸŽ’πŸ€ As the week progressed, I became more comfortable managing classrooms independently and planning lessons according to students' interests and abilities. I made efforts to incorporate activity-based learning into my teaching, encouraging students to...

MY FOURTH WEEK OF TEACHING PRACTICE 🏫✨ July 27–31, 2026 πŸ—“️ A Week of Observation, Reflection, and Professional Growth πŸ”πŸŒ± The fourth week of my teaching practice at GSSS yeroor was one of the most significant and memorable weeks in my teaching journey. It provided me with valuable opportunities to improve my teaching skills, reflect on my classroom practices, and understand the importance of continuous professional development. As I entered this week, I felt more confident in handling classes and interacting with students. However, the experiences I gained throughout the week helped me recognise that becoming an effective teacher requires constant learning, patience, and a willingness to improve. πŸ’‘πŸ“– On July 27, I continued my regular teaching sessions in Classes 9C and 9D. In addition to our usual classes, the Headmaster instructed us to take classes in the lower sections during the fifth and sixth periods. We gladly accepted this opportunity and interacted with the younger s...
